I cannot play Forza Horizon 4 online on PC. Could anyone please help?

I'm almost certain the culprit of this is Teredo. In the Xbox app my NAT type says 'Teredo is unable to qualify' and my server connectivity is 'blocked'

When I run 'Netsh Int Teredo Show Stat' in CMD, it returns as follows:

Client Refresh Interval : 20 seconds

Client Port : unspecified Parasite in city pc.

State : offline

Also, no Teredo devices appear in my Device Manager nor can it be found using the 'Install Legacy Device' option. (Yes, I also enabled show hidden devices'

I swear I've tried everything. Is there anyone on here that has a possible solution?

EDIT: Thanks everyone for the suggestions, however I've already tried all of those. I did however somehow get help from Microsoft support, who told me to follow these steps which worked!

Forza Horizon 2's multiplayer is designed to be a seamless experience that allows players to easily shift between single player and online multiplayer modes. There are two modes to choose from, Online Road Trip and Online Free-Roam.

From the pause menu, you can elect to join an Online Road Trip, with several options for car class and game modes to choose from. You can choose to race in lower class or higher class cars, in a mode where all racers are driving the same car as a test of skill, or in more light-hearted modes like Infected.

After selecting your race class, you will join an online lobby where you can cast a vote for one of three race circuits containing four races in different locations. You are awarded points based on your standing in each of the four individual races, and once you have completed all four races, your total points are compared to the points of the other racers in the lobby in order to crown a circuit champion.

You can experience the free-roaming gameplay of Horizon 2 with your XBox Live friends, allowing you to tackle challenges, explore locations, and race one another and others at your leisure.
